👉 the best is to spend two or three days visiting the five villages but, If you have just one day to visit the Cinque Terre, here’s our advice!

1. 🚂 DRIVE to Levanto and head to the train station.

From here, it's just a 4–5 minute train ride to reach the Cinque Terre villages. Trains run frequently and make it easy to hop between them throughout the day.

2. 🎟️ Buy the Cinque Terre Train Card.
This daily ticket gives you unlimited train travel between all five villages and also includes access to the famous hiking trails.
⚠️ Important: The Blue Trail (Sentiero Azzurro) is only included between Monterosso and Manarola.

3. Return by boat from riomaggiore to monterosso – relax and enjoy the sunset view!
(otherwise You can head back by train).

4. 🚤 End your day on Monterosso’s beach and finally back by train to levanto.Monterosso beach, is especially enjoyable in the late afternoon when it’s less crowded. 



🛣️ How to reach Levanto by car ?
take the motorway towards Genova and exit at Levanto.
